This really should have a picture

So, here in our new home in northern Saskatchewan, there’s a bingo hall. Two, actually. But one that I pass twice a day on my walks to and from work. There are two sets of glass doors to this bingo hall, one just inside the other. On the inside set of doors is a sign. A very oddly worded, double-entendre-ish sign, which I find mildly perplexing.

This sign reads:

No one admitted in hall under age 12.

This of course leads me to wonder, “If I ask, will an 11-year old lie to me?”

Or, of course, “What exactly am I doing in a bingo hall in northern Saskatchewan?”

Extreme Makeover: 127.0.0.1 Edition

Well. That was some break, wasn’t it? I hadn’t really meant to ignore the whole internet like that, it just kind of worked out that way.

But now I’m back, baby. With a new name, new address, and a spanky new look that might even be interesting enough for you guys to hang around and read it. Hopefully the content will be pretty good, though, too. We’ll see.

I do know that I was hoping for something pithy to say in my first post after 405 days of silence. But I think that the clever title spent it all, for right now.
