So, in some cultures it’s considered good luck if a bird lets a load fall on you.
But if you stand in one spot for a couple of minutes, and then just take a step or two and hear a splap! right in that spot in which you’d been standing, is that good luck or bad?
‘Cause I feel pretty lucky. But in some cultures that might be bad.

It’s a DVD full of pictures for little newborn babies and video and vocabulary lessons in all sorts of languages. And a great deal of Bach. I’ll probably go into much more detail and reference it frequently in the now-all-about-Rowan space.
But in the meantime, I have to mention the part that cracks me up.
